Water. You know, like in the toilet. We need it and parent’s that want to maintain their energy should be making sure they (and their children) are getting enough of it.
It’s one thing to say, “Yeah, I get up a few times a day and get a drink from the water cooler.” It’s another thing to say, ” Yeah, I drink 8 solid glasses of water every day and I know this because I track my water intake.”
The “8 x 8 Rule” suggests adults get eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day, but how do you keep track? Pen and paper works fine, but for someone on the go, and for those of us that appreciate a little technology and innovation, there are plenty of other options.
